1. Scope

These Terms govern all engagements between clients and Lexenra in relation to legal services for the IT sector, information products, and goods purchased via Lexenra.com.

2. Legal Services for the IT Sector

Lexenra provides advisory, contract drafting, compliance review, and related services tailored to the IT industry. Engagements begin upon full settlement of the agreed fees.

2.1 Scheduling and Postponement

Clients may reschedule services with no less than seven days’ advance notice. Services must be completed or rescheduled within ninety days of the original date or fees will be relinquished.

2.2 Reimbursement Policy

Prior to commencement of any work, clients may request full reimbursement of fees. Once Lexenra begins substantive work, fees become non-reimbursable. To request a reimbursement prior to service commencement, please follow the process described in Section 7.

3. Information Products

Information products include digital guides, courses, and templates delivered electronically upon payment confirmation.

3.1 Usage License

Purchasers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

3.2 Reimbursement Policy

Requests for reimbursement may be submitted within fourteen days of purchase, provided that no more than twenty percent of the product has been accessed. Approved requests will be processed within fourteen days of approval. Reimbursements will be issued via the original payment method. To initiate, see Section 7.

4. Goods

Physical items are shipped from Singapore and handled according to the following terms.

4.1 Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times vary by destination. Risk of loss passes to the client upon dispatch.

4.2 Reimbursement and Exchanges

Clients may send back goods within thirty days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Clients arrange shipment. Exchanges or reimbursements will be processed within fourteen days of receipt and issued via the original payment method. To initiate, see Section 7.

5. Payment

All fees are due in Singapore dollars or another explicitly agreed currency. We accept major card networks and electronic transfers.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, trademarks, and content remain the exclusive property of Lexenra. No ownership rights are transferred to clients unless expressly stated.

7. Reimbursement Process

To request a reimbursement or initiate an , clients must submit a request through Contact Us with order details and reason for request. Lexenra will review and respond within seven days. Approved reimbursements are issued within fourteen days of approval.

8. Liability

Lexenra’s total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid for the specific service or product giving rise to a claim.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be submitted to the courts of Singapore.

10. Amendments

Lexenra may revise these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on Lexenra.com. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
